TIRANA, June 28 – President Bamir Topi told Nicholas Patzios, the new Greek ambassador to Tirana he would welcome a visit by Greek President Karolos Papoulias. Papoulias has not visited Albania during the last two years since he cut short a visit with former President Alfred Moisiu in Saranda. At that time it was thought that Papoulias feared a protest of the Cam community in Albania seeking to regain their rights in their former territory in northern Greece, next to the Albanian border.
