Two Albanians arrested in Italy for murder in their homeland

BRESCIA, Oct 6 – Two brothers from the northern city of Shkodra were arrested in Brescia, Italy after a request from the Albanian police.
The two of them, Taip and Genc Katica, have been charged of murder and have been wanted since 2000.
Authorities will proceed with extradition documentation before they are brought back home.
While in Fieri, Albanian police arrested Sokol Gjenica, 47, and will likely extradite him to Italy where he is sentenced to 23 years imprisonment for international drug trafficking.
Together with him there was arrested also Emanuel Tola, 33, also sentenced in neighboring Italy to 27 years imprisonment for creating a criminal organization on drug trafficking.
