TIRANA, Sep 30 – Justice Minister Enkelejd Alibeaj has sent two prosecutors to face justice after what he called indifference from the prosecutor’s office.
Prosecutors Brahim Dragjoshi and Arta Marku in the northern city of Shkodra were indicted after they had left a citizen for 73 days more in prison after his sentence was completed.
Alibeaj directly accused Prosecutor General saying he had made known the case to them but there had been no reaction at all after three months.
The fight in the justice system has turned into a battle between the government and the Prosecutor General accusing each other of partiality in their work.
