TIRANA, Jan.9- The implementation of the Visa Facilitation Agreement with the EU will have as beneficiaries business companies as well. The latter are supposed to register in the Chamber of Commerce (CC) which will coordinate some of the necessary procedures for them by issuing certificates. Gjok Uldedaj, head of CC of Tirana has confirmed that the Agreement reserves the right of coordination to this institution which is in close contact with the embassies located in Tirana. Hence it is necessary for businesses to sign up at the Tirana CC. The Association of Albanian producers, KonfIndustria on the other hand has opposed this by saying that the CC is a public institution and the state cannot reserve the right of guarantying visa procedures.
