PRISTINA, Dec. 10- The well-known American rapper, 50 Cent, will perform on December 17 in Kosova. The concert will launch a promotion by IPKO, interested in launching a mobile phone line in the Kosova market. The second mobile phone company has confirmed the concert by its representatives, Akan Ismaili and Petrit Selimi. The latter has insisted that the concert is a cultural gift to Pristina which has not had many singers of this caliber on in its stages. Sharp polemics have hit the World Wide Web with some Serbian fans expressing regret that 50 Cent is not performing first in Belgrade. The news has been confirmed on the MTV website as well as on the official site of the rap singer. The stage preparations will employ at least 100 people while the sum paid to the singer has not been made public yet. Information about obtaining tickets are also unknown, though organizers insist that this event is not commercial. The Pristina stadium has a capacity of 30.000 people and fans are buying airplane tickets to fly to Kosova on that day.
