TIRANA, Feb. 20 – Former President Alfred Moisiu said he was creation a foundation that would deal with the issues of security in the region and development of democracy.
In an interview to Gazeta Shqiptare Moisiu said the foundation would be beyond political influences.
The ex-president also said he as writing his memoirs, especially covering events during his five-year term 2002-2007 as president.
