Albania lifts visas for Chinese tourists, upholds visa waiver for Russians

TIRANA, April 2 – Albania has for the first time lifted the visa regime for Chinese tourists under a visa waiver program that is expected to have a major impact on the attraction of one of the world’s fastest growing source of tourists.
