TIRANA, Oct. 1 – Albanian households practically consumed less in 2017 as spending stagnated and inflation hit a 5-year high, unveiling that the almost decade-high GDP growth that the Albanian economy registered last year did not have any major impact on the overwhelming majority of Albanians.
