First Wiener Ball in Tirana

TIRANA, Oct. 25 – On the occasion of 100 years of Albanian Austrian friendship, the Austrian Society will host the “First Wiener Ball Tirana” under the patronage of the President of Albania and the Austrian Ambassador to Albania. The event will take place on Saturday, November 24 at 19.30 Rogner Hotel Europapark.
In the Ballroom “Apollonia” of the Rogner Garden Hotel the “Qerimaj Family” and the “Akustica Band” will accompany guests with dance music such as Waltz, Slow Fox, Boogie and other Top Hits as well as oldies, until 3’o clock in the morning.
Participants will have the possibility to taste Austrian specialties: Wiener Schnitzel, Goulash, Sacher Cake, Cheese, Cake with Vanilla Sauce and many more famous dishes. Austrian wines will be served as well.
A performance of famous soprano singer “Ardita Meni” accompanied by the Orchester of Tirana Opera is also part of the programme. A midnight draw will offer tickets for 2 persons with Austrian Airlines to Vienna and a weekend at the Rogner Hotel and SPA Bad Blumau.
