TIRANA, Sept. 28 – An international symposium on urban music in the Balkans would start Thursday and last for three days. It was organized by the Albanian scholar prof. Ramadan Sokoli and that is part of the Networking in-to Europe (NitE).That is considered to be the third edition of the project and is managed from the Center of Documentation and Communication of the Regional Music headed from prof. Sokol Shupo.
