DAMASCUS, Nov. 21 – Syrian Minister of Expatriates Buthaina Shaaban on Tuesday met with the Albanian senior Foreign Ministry official Fatmir ȥla underlined the importance of boosting and developing Syrian-Albanian relations in the interests of both countries. “It’s very important to benefit from the Syrian and Albanian communities who live abroad to develop joint scientific and tourist institutions, spread cultural concepts and face distorting and misleading campaigns which target our history and common values,” Shaaban said during a meeting with ȥla. Both sides agreed to activate cooperation and exert efforts to establish joint friendship societies that care about the enhancement of cooperation and consolidation of ties between both institutions and commissions.
