TIRANA, March.6 – A real artistic performance combining modern dance, video projection techniques as well as traditional folk music was brought to the Albanian audience in the Theater of the Opera and Ballet. The choreography designed by Karin Saporta and the video projections by Frieder Weiss and Diana Wildschut blended with the stage and costume design of Valerio Ferrari and the wonderful folk performances of the National Assemble to present the public with a truly European performance. The activity promoted by the French and Italian embassies drew many art lovers to the hall of the TOB to follow a provoking display of artistic motifs. The question “What is Albania for you?” was part of the performance and many members of the audience had to become part of the show with their answers. The colorful stage and costumes, the loud musical and sound effects and most importantly the unusual video techniques playing with the shadow light effect gave to the audience a remarkable experience.
