Egg shells, CDs, tooth picks, shards of glass, pebbles from river beds and nails are some of the objects used in his words of art. This is what make them special. He has attempted other works with nails after his portrait of Leonardo da Vinci with which he was awarded a Guinness Record. Samir Strati Albanian artist also did a work in nails recently. He submitted it to a festival in Dubai. He has produced another mosaic which is a fight between two stallions within a circle. He realized this work “live” for all the artists of this festival and the organizers and he was given this award. Strati now holds two Guinness Records for his works Leonardo da Vinci in 2006 and the “Horse without Reins” (2007). Strati has been given broad coverage by the world media. He stated that his third work will soon be presented to the public, which will become part of a world record. Strati told an Albanian daily that one of his projects had already been approved, but he still did not know where it would be presented, however he said his work would always have an Albanian motive.
