“Aperitif” at the National Arts Gallery with the strains of the violin

In the exhibition halls of the National Arts Gallery in Tirana, every Wednesday a musical evening called, “Aperitif” is organized. The last one on 21 May featured the Maestro of Albanian violinists Ethem Qerimaj. Whilst strolling through the exhibition halls visitors enjoy both the enthralling performance of the violinist and the famous drawings of artist Bujar Zajmi-portraits from Albanian life. The music is selected by the well known musician Pjeter Guralumi who is a member of the “Friends of Music” Association.
“Special Friends” of the National Arts Gallery, an association created in 2004, organizes activities to attract as many visitors as possible to the Gallery, to promote the image of the Gallery by sponsoring artistic events. “Aperitif” is one of the events organized by “Special Friends” and was designed to make a visit to the Art Gallery and actually looking at all the works of art an enjoyment.
