TIRANA, June 2 – Romania’s world-famous dance-pop band, Akcent, will be in Tirana on Friday, June 3 to give their first concert in Albania. Organizers say the Romanian band’s concert at the Palace of Sports will be accompanied by Albanian singer Rozana Radi and Stine, as well as the SHBLSH comedians. Akcent is famous for its 2008 hits “Stay With Me,” “Lovers Cry, “and “That’s My Name.” Their latest 2010 hits include “Love Stoned” and “My Passion.” Akcent’s concert comes two days after former Guns ‘N Roses bassist Duff McKagan gave a live concert with his hard rock band, Loaded, at the Qemal Stafa national stadium.
