TIRANA, May 21 – Gender equality will be featured in Tirana with a photo exhibition about the role of fathers and how society can make it easier to combine gender equality, parenthood and a career. Life Puzzle comprises 24 documentary photographs produced specifically for the exhibition and aiming to provide as broad a picture as possible of family life in Sweden and how it can be combined with working life. At the root of these accounts is Sweden’s generous system of parental insurance. The Swedish Institute has engaged three photographers for the exhibition, one of whom, Pal Sommelius, has contributed 13 new shots of everyday family life in Sweden.
The exhibition organized by the Swedish embassy in Albania is scheduled to feature on May 26 in Tirana.
