TIRANA, Oct. 24 – On the framework of the 95th anniversary of the establishment of the Republic of Turkey on Oct 29, the Embassy of the Republic of Turkey in Albania will be hosting renowned masterchef Ebru Baybara Demir.
The two-day event will take place in Tirana, on Oct. 30 and 31. The event is supported by Turk Hava Yollari and it will be themed the ‘’Days of Turkish Culinary.’’
Demir will be cooking at Tirana’s Mak Albania Hotel.Demir has been nominated for the Basque Culinary World Prize and is described as one of the top chefs in the world in the past two years.
The event will take place at the Metropolitan Restaurant of Mak Albania Hotel Tirana on dates Oct. 30 and 31, from 7 until 11:30 p.m., and will be introducing a variety of the best old traditional Turkish recipes cooked by Demir. All Albanian citizens are invited and can participate in the event through a reservation.
