TIRANA, Nov. 16, 2022 - Dua Lipa, the Albanian-British singer of international fame, will perform a concert in Tirana on Nov. 28, as Albania celebrates 110 years as an independent state and the Albanian people everywhere celebrate Flag Day.
Lipa made the announcement in a video on social media, saying she would hold the final concert of the Future Nostalgia Tour in Tirana.
"Can't wait to see you. I love you very much," she said, switching to Albanian for the local audience in the video.
Lipa often performs in her native Kosovo and Albania and is one of several international divas of Albanian descent that have made it global fame and return to the region to perform concerts. Others include fellow Brit Rita Ora and American Bebe Rexha.
