The Council of Ministers of Albania approved the movement of the citizens of Serbia and Albania with just one ID card. The decision came after an interstate agreement between Albania and Serbia, to facilitate the movement of people, capital and goods between the two countries, made during the first session of the Mini-Schengen in November. Serbia approved the agreement in November.
