TIRANA, Aug 4 – All Albanian driving licenses will be valid in Italy starting from Aug. 15. That was based on an agreement signed last October by the two governments but its ratification by Rome was only recently done. The deal is valid for five years.
All Albanian driving licenses are valid in Italy without need to be re-tested.
There are at least 400,000 Albanian immigrants in Italy who may profit from this agreement.
