Albanian Muslim Community collects signatures for Kosova’s independence

TIRANA, Feb 2 – The Albanian Muslim Community initiated a petition that is to be sent to the Islamic Conference to urge other Muslim countries to recognize Kosova as an independent country.
The petition was offered to the Albanian citizens at the Et’hem Beu mosque at Tirana’s central Skanderbeg Square. A slogan wrote “Joint he voice with us! OIK, recognizes Kosova’s independence!”
There are 53 countries that are members of the Islamic Conference but only four of them have recognized Kosova.
This petition will be extended to the whole country.
