The Albanian singer Elsa Lila, who returns to the most well known of Italian musical festivals, has said that this time she does feel very confident that she will put on an excellent performance. “Naturally, there will be about one million viewers watching me and this performance reveals that I have reached a very good moment in my career. This does not mean that I am going for the first or second prizes, my main aim is to put on the very best performance I can and as dignified as possible,” Lila said. At the 57th Edition of the Sanremo Festival, in the “Young” Category, alongside 14 other contestants, the Albanian artist will sing, “Il senso della vita” (The meaning of life), a typically classical song, adapted to suit her vocal range. The song was composed by Maurizio Fabrizio and lyrics by Guido Morra. This is a song with which Elsa Lila is all set to captivate our hearts,” says the print media. Three years ago, Lila made her debut on this famous stage with the song, “Valeria”.

At the 57th edition of the Sanremo Festival twenty other famous artists will be competing such as Al Bano, Leda Battisti, Johnny Dorelli, Mango, Paula Meneguzzi, Milva, Paolo Rossi, Zero Assoluto etc. Whilst in the category of the younger singers, apart from Marco Baroni, Patriziop Bal, Pier Cortese, Romina Falconi, Sara Galimberti, Elsa Lila will also be performing.
