TIRANA, March 11 – Police arrested Vladimir Ibrahimi for an alleged murder he had committed in 1997.
Genc Barci was killed in November 1997 in northern Burrel and though police had accused Ibrahimi of that crime he was at large. Ibrahimi was wanted for another murder and also armed theft committed during the past few years.
