A museum has been open dedicated to the most remarkable figures in Albanian history. This is a current project of the Kosovo sculptor Hevzi Nuhiu, who since 1983 has been living in San Demetrio Corone in the province of Cosenza, Italy. The sculptor has just returned from a trip to Presheva, in Kosovo, to his home town where he participated in a ceremony to unveil a monument to Mother Tereza, which he did on the face of a rock at the entrance to the city. “There was quite a lot of controversy amongst the Moslems of the city because the spirit with which I realized this work has still not been understood. But I also received many congratulations and evaluations,” Nuhiu wrote in an Albanian daily.
