The head of the Public Procurement Agency (APP), Klodjana Cankaj reacted to the waste management problem ascribed to the APP in the public letter published by Edi Rama, mayor of Tirana. Cankaj said the bid was declared null after five participants claimed there were irregularities in the procedure. The mayor said that the municipality will normalize the situation very soon according to an emergency plan.
