The Albanian Singer Frederik Ndoci is expected to represent Albania for the fourth time at the European Song Festival. With a song composed by Adrian Hila and text by Pandi Laco, entitled “Ballad in Stone,” Ndoci won the forty fifth edition of the Song Festival of the Albanian Public Radio and TV. After two nights of competition between 31 songs at the Palace of Congresses last week, the final night of the December Festival was held.
