TIRANA, April 2 – Five Albanian contemporary artists have come together in a collective exhibition called “Timeless” unveiling the dimension of time in the multi-language of contemporary painting.
The exhibition which has opened at the FAB gallery of the University of Arts in Tirana features works by Artan Buca, Aurel Nukaj, Ermal Baboçi, Julian Dëna and Orlis Vathi.
Curator Ermir Hoxha says the creativity of these five young artists is permeated by different approaches to the subject and object in an effort to come closer to art lovers for a new dialogue.
“The time element in their artworks is conveyed in dimensions ranging from the mystic to the everyday to serve through contemporary art what F. Rella describes as the breakdown of linear and progressive time.”
The exhibition at the FAB gallery will remain open until April 5.
