TIRANA, Dec. 13 – The government decided Wednesday to give a 5,000 lek reward to all pensioners and public employees as a New Year gift. Before the government had also decided to give another reward of 10,000 leks to public employees. Berisha called it a ‘postcard from Finance Minister Ridvan Bode and his staff, on behalf of the government, to all Albanian pensioners and administration employees.”
