TIRANA, Sept. 2 – The government would ‘clean up’ the whole building of Pjeter Arbnori cultural center, or the pyramid as it is known, to use it for the theater, art gallery and other cultural events. That means that many companies working at the building will have to move. That also includes Top Media group, made up of Top Channel television station, Top Albania Radio and Digitalb TV. The media group immediately reacted saying they have signed a long contract which the government should respect. Berisha was determined to turn the building into an art center, meaning that any company or institution working there should move. The issue may turn into a political hot spot. There were immediate reactions from opposition leaders attacking the government decision.
