TIRANA, Dec. 22 – The High Council of Justice launched last week the White Book that would serve to all court judges to offer their opnion on the sustem and also to individuals to claim irregularities on the court procedures. The HCJ head Kreshnik Spahiu said that a book would be sent to each court launching the so-called White Book juridical campaign. Some 60,000 pages of the book, upon filled, will be presented in the form of a research to the parliament and the government on the reform in the judiciary. Justice has always been a main shortcoming to post-communist Albania and a permanenet reminder from international institutions to improve along its efforts of integration into them.
