TIRANA, Oct. 20 – Albanian soprano, Inva Mula, sang in Munich in a charity performance to collect money for ill children in Kosova. In Munich she was accompanied by the Nuremberg orchestra. “It’s been some time I have awaited this concert and I am getting ready not only because it is a charity concert but also because of the work done to organize it,” said Mula. The concert was organized by the Mother Teresa of Germany Association.
On Tuesday Mula also sang at an improvised show in Tirana as part of the prestigious event of the Fashion Week in Tirana. The event is organized by Joni Pe詠fashion group and Mula was wearing a dress designed by Albanian designer Joni Pe詮
Designers from all over the Balkans have brought their creations to the Albanian Culture Center for one week of parading their works on the cat walks and also focusing on fashion trends. Susuri from Serbia, Nenad Sekirarski from Macedonia, Dielli Fashion from Kosovo and F&D Fashion from Greece have joined three Albanian designers: Mirela Nurce, Joni Pe詠and Gledis. The event was honored by the performance the soprano Inva Mula, now an internationally acclaimed singer, providing grace and style to the event. Ethnic focus is the trademark of the event with clothes inspired from folk culture being shown by local models accompanied by folk music.
