TIRANA, Dec. 14 – Ismail Kadare, Albania’s most internationally acclaimed author and has been nominated once again for the Nobel Prize for Literature, this time from Albania’s Academy of Science which received an invitation from the Nobel Committees to submit a candidate for next year’s award.
