TIRANA, Sept. 19 – The Interior Ministry said Tuesday that a considerable number of persons who have been accused of a certain crime have been left free from the judiciary. It referred to Clirim Cafi who was killed in the northern city of Shkodra. Cafi was accused from police but later let free from the court. The ministry said that was not the only case.
