TIRANA, Sept. 11 – A group of 35 parliamentarians asked the parliament’s presidency to create an investigative parliamentary commission to check properties of senior officials in top public posts during the 1998-2006 period. That would also include the properties of the president, prime minister, deputy prime ministers and government ministers, the High Council of Justice, Supreme Court and others. The investigation is also to include checking the properties of the family members of these officials as well.
