TIRANA, Dec. 3 – This year’s ninth edition of the “Three Tenors” concert will bring together on Sunday, November 7, a bigger number of tenors, sopranos, and other classical music artists in an event which will also celebrate Albania’s visa liberalization expected to enter into force in mid-December.
Organizers have already confirmed the participation of Albanian tenor Adrian Xhema and his Kosovo colleague Rama Lahaj, both of whom successfully performed in last year’s edition. Soprano Rajmonda Tullumani and pianist Genc Tukici will also perform in the gala night at the Palace of Congresses concert.
The philharmonic orchestra of the Academy of Arts will be conducted by Italy’s Leonardo Quadrini. The concert’s stage designer is also an Italian, Attivisimo Doravetti.
This edition’s host will be Albanian actor Kastriot Caushi.
The “3 Tenors” concert is among the most important and anticipated cultural events of the year. This year too, the expectations of the public are high in regard to enjoying a spectacular night with some of the best voices of classical music from Albania and abroad.
