The festival, which is going to celebrate its 3rd edition, aims to increase dialogue between young people in Albania and in Europe and to present a different image of Europe.
Rock the Block 2010 brought upcoming bands and musicians from Denmark, the UK, Germany, the Netherlands and Hungary to Albania
The festival is organized by the embassies of Denmark, Spain and France in Albania.

Spain’s Arizona Baby in two concerts

Spanish band Arizona Baby will perform two concerts in Tirana. On Friday, June 17 at 21.30 the Spanish band will perform at the Tirana Ekspres, the alternative art space of the capital. Tirana Ekpres is a new Art Space, located in the north former industrial area (next to the train station) of Tirana, opened in June 2011, a 200 square meters space equipped with the basics necessary to host visual, media, performing, music and interdisciplinary arts projects.
Later on Saturday, the Spanish band will also perform at the Rock the Block concert at the ex-Bllok area. Arizona Baby is a trio that has stirred up the Spanish pop with an irresistible adventure of deep roots, desert epics and Spartan austerity called Second to none.
