TIRANA, feb.20- The Albanian Minister of Tourism and Culture has accompanied the Secretary General of the World Tourism Organization, Francesco Frangialli and his aide Cordula Wohlmuther, on a visit to the historical town of Kruja. They have visited the museum of “Gjergj Kastrioti Skenderbeu” and thee ethnographic museums. The visitors were impressed with the values on display of cultural heritage in Albania and said they were pleased to commit to promoting these values abroad while assisting the development of Albanian tourism. Minister Pango informed them of the investments undertaken by the government to promote and market the tourism potential of Albania. During their stay in Albania, WTO representatives met with Prime Minister Berisha and other important politicians including Foreign Affairs Minister Lulzim Basha, and others.
