A British-Albanian couple arrested for car traffic

VLORA, Sept. 12 – Police in the southwestern port town of Vlora said they had arrested Hafir Qejvanaj, born in Presevo, Serbia but with British citizenship, and his Albanian wife Esmeralda for trafficking stolen cars. They were found selling two Toyota and Mercedes cars they had rented from two Kosova agencies.
