TIRANA, Sept. 27 – A group of officials at the Interior Ministry donated blood Wednesday in a gesture of helping the health system in the country, the second time they are doing that in the last 10 months. “That is an interesting and responsible initiative that should be supported by all the other public institutions and the citizens,” said deputy Interior Minister Ferdinand Poni.
