TIRANA, Oct. 12 – Reinhardt Priebe, director of the Office for Western Balkans in the EU Enlargement Commission, would make his last two-day visit to Albania to say goodbye after five years in the post. Priebe has visited the country so often and has led the European Commission delegation during the talks on the Stabilization and Association Agreement Albania signed in June. Priebe will meet with all top Albanian officials and the Albanian Ministry of Integration is also to hold a special ceremony on him.
