TIRANA, Oct. 24 – The High Council of Justice decided Tuesday to take some disciplinary steps against three judges as suggested from the Justice Ministry. They were allegedly criticized for being soft or releasing different persons accused of serious crimes. The Council also discussed requesting an explanatory report about the judgment of some penal crimes judged during 2004-2006.
