TIRANA, Oct. 25 – The Ministry of Education and Science held a two-day training seminar on quality and equal education in a project funded by the World Bank, the European Bank for Investment and the Council of Europe’s Bank for Development. Participants discussed the ways of how to increase quality in the education system and increase participation in high schools. Funders have initiated a $75 million project on education in Albania trying to improve leadership, management and governing of the system, improve the infrastructure and other reforms.
