DURRES, Sept. 11 – The new Aleksander Moisiu University in the port city of Durres is launched this school year with some 1,200 students, or double what it had projected. The new university will apply an American methodology and the Bologna Card system, according to its rector Agim Kukeli. The University has at the moment 25 full time staff of professors. An investment from the Ministry of Education helped it increase the space and working conditions.
