TIRANA, Oct. 18 – Christian Democrats want to sign an agreement with the governing Democratic Party on how to collaborate in the upcoming local government elections expected Dec. 20- Jan. 20. “It is important for us to have a co-governing agreement with the Democratic Party like all the other parties in coalition,” said Nard Ndoka. The Christian Democrats had said before they would come out alone in the poll. Now they said that having an agreement would be the only way to change that decision.
