TIRANA, Nov. 1 – The government allocated Wednesday a fund of 13 million leks to the Culture Ministry for an international tender for a project for the Arbnori International Cultural Center and its change into a National Theater and the National Gallery of Arts. The decision has created panic among some renters of the pyramid’s center, most importantly from private Top Media group, which has Top Channel TV station, Top Albania radio and Digitalb, which has a long-term contract but at a low cost.
