HIMARA, Oct. 18 – Wednesday Himara residents blocked the national road for several hours to protest the decision of the soccer authorities to not raise their Vetetima team up to category B though they were on top of the last championship at category C. Himara mayor Vasil Bollano considered the soccer federation’s decision to be political. The team was topping the list but the federation allowed only the second and third teams to go to the next category.
