DURRES, Sept. 14 – Some 120 personalities of the ceramics from 24 countries from the world will convene at the 25th Congress of Ceramics in Durres Sept. 24-Oct.1. that is organized by the international organization in charge of that based in Austria. The congress will be held at the Aleksander Moisiu theater hall. It will discuss on the ceramics along the Egnatia road and also the cultural exchange in the sector between the east and the west. Much discussion will be on the ceramics from the ancient times found in joint archaeological missions in the Albanian areas of Apollonia, Durres, Saranda and Butrint. There will be personalities from the Balkan countries, Italy, Portugal, Spain, Belgium, Denmark, Poland, Netherlands, Britain, U.S. and some other countries. Participants will also visit the ancient areas in the country.
