ELBASAN, Oct. 25 – The international theater festival Skampa 2006 will be held in Elbasan Oct. 27- Nov. 1 in its eighth edition, organizers said Wednesday. There will be nine teams from Russia, Italy, Hungary, Macedonia, Kosova and Albania that will take part at the competititon. That is the fourth international theater festival held in the country following those of Butrinti, Korca and Fieri.
