Moisiu meets with students

TIRANA, Aug. 31 – President Alfred Moisiu met Thursday with a group of students of the Albstudent association who have graduated abroad. Moisiu told them the country needed them and considered the students an important factor for promoting the country’s economic and democratic development. He also said they could also play part in changing Albania’s image. He also appealed to the private business ad the government to pay proper and special attention to these group of graduated students so that they return home and give their contribution there. He urged the government and private business to have one joint platform not to let the country’s brain drain.
Students said they would follow such projects and asked the government to give them the right of voting in the countries where they studies.
