VLORA, Nov. 23 – Vlora has started preparations for the 6th national festival of polyphony that will be held there Nov. 25-26. Many groups from all around the country will take part at the festival. The event will be held at the cultural center and has been organized jointly from the Ministry of Culture and the city hall.
